SALES POSITION

OVERVIEW

LAR is currently looking for an experienced sales representative. We are an industry leading organization that specializes in condominium refurbishments. We are looking for a skilled, experienced and energetic salesperson to fill our sales representative position. Sales reps are responsible for acquiring new clientele for LAR. They will be required to cold call clients within the GTA and surrounding area to secure future jobs. Our projects are 6-7 figures in scope, with a two-four month sales cycle. We are looking for individuals who have a strategic mindset in order to optimize the targeting of potential jobs.

DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Cold calling potential clients to generate leads.

• Following up on leads that come through variety of different channels.

• Identifying the best possible candidates for client acquisition.

• Meeting with client to showcase our services.

• Visiting potential job sites to identify high quality leads.

• Attending board meetings and sales presentations.

• Maintaining positive business relationships to ensure future sales.

DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• 3 years’ experience in sales or marketing.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Proven ability to meet and exceed expected targets.

• Previous experience/ exposure to construction or project management is an asset.

• Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.

• Knowledge of MS Office tools ( Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and other current technologies.

• BS/BA degree or equivalent.
